Rajesh Chand young lad from Lahaul, vastly travelled in western Himalayas and Zanskar region which is area of work., He is very environment conscious and is very protective towards the fragile ecology of the western Himalayan region. Lara Tsering has been formally trained in Sustainable Tourism by the Pragya Foundation, a prominent Himalayan NGO. He volunteers his time at a the local community centre teaching local youths about Sustainable Tourism. He feels strongly that through education, the ancient cultural traditions and pristine environment which attract the tourists may be preserved. Spiti is his area of operation . Apart from these we have a long list of team members who are contributing in their own way for the growth and development of the area they work in, as guides and porters , cooks and helpers who form an integral part of the company .
Rigzin ( Sam) Young lad from remote Zanskar region but with the best of professional knowledge in mountaineering ,who knows the in's and out of Leh ladakh region. Soft spoken but with a full determination to love and protect the Himalayas. Leh and ladakh are is expert zone area of work.
