We are all better than we know. If only we can be brought to realize this, we will never be prepared to settle for anything less.
Wilderness LIFE SKILLS courses are life changing experiences. Run in more than 35 countries world over, these equip you with tools to see farther in life and train your body & mind to work your way out in times of hardship and challenges. Embark on a journey into our great wilderness and come out with real leadership skills and the courage to follow your own path.
The first in series, a 8 and 10 days long Wilderness Life Skills Course is a unique experience which takes you through remote and beautiful wilderness areas to engage in hands-on wilderness activities. It is a journey completely captained by the students on the course. You will learn to read maps and figure out your trek route, set up camps, make fire and cook your food, manage your time during the day & night, climb steep rocks and rappel down the cliffs! By facing these challenges, you will yield amazing rewards like glimpses of beautiful natural bounty, gaining a powerful sense of accomplishment, becoming self-reliant & more confident, and creating lasting friendships.
The program is designed keeping in mind, the outdoor person who is venturing out for the first time. In our next levels, we take you through a series of progressively more difficult challenges at an appropriate pace for all members of the group.
This is not an outdoor summer camp and it's not a guided outdoor trip. This is a course that rests on your ability to work effectively as a team member and as an individual. You come on the course as the OLD you and you go out a changed NEW you and that’s bound to happen
